Lay Eucharist Ministry

The Lay Eucharistic Visitors' regular days are the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month. Of course if you are facing a crisis - death, surgery, or the like - our rector is happy to bring you Eucharist whenever it is required.

If you need communion at home, we need to know your name , address and phone number. If you are in a hospital, please give us your name, the name of the hospital, your room number and a phone number where we can contact you. Because of recent privacy laws at the hospitals they are unable to give us information about how to find you.

We are also more than happy to bring you Holy Eucharist at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The visit will take about 15 - 20 minutes. We will read you the Gospel lesson of the day, pray with you for any special needs or concerns, bring you a service leaflet so you can keep up with what is happening at the church, and of course, share with you in the breaking of the bread.

Please, when you contact our office to sign-up for a visit, let us know how many will be taking communion.

Winter Notices:
Please take note that we try very hard to keep on schedule , but if it has snowed and conditions are unsafe , your appointment may be rescheduled or arrival time may be delayed .

If this is a Emergency Communion (Life/Death Situation). Please contact Claudia, our priest in charge, at home.
